Other Party: the guests who enter into a rental agreement with Finca La Vida Loca.<\/p>\n
The owner of the Finca La Vida Loca can be replaced by a (temporary) representative.<\/p>\n
The apartment is described on the website www.fincalavidaloca.com. This website has been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and\/or photos presented on the website and the actual situation in and around the apartments at the time of the visit by the guest(s). No rights can be derived by the guests from such differences.<\/p>\n
The minimum stay in an apartment is 3 nights in June, July, August and September. The other months the minimum stay is 2 nights.<\/p>\n
The apartments are accessible 24 hours a day. The apartments each have a private entrance.<\/p>\n
It is forbidden to let third parties use the apartments. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in the apartments without the user’s permission and without additional payment.<\/p>\n
The apartment must be in clean condition upon departure. Before departure, the user will make a statement of admission. If the room upon departure deviates so much from the list, the user may charge the other party for the additional replacement or cleaning costs.<\/p>\n
Garbage should be deposited in the designated container.<\/p>\n
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. However, smoking is allowed outside.<\/p>\n
Small pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n
Barbecuing is not allowed on the private terrace.<\/p>\n
Consumption of self-brought drinks and food is not allowed in the public areas.<\/p>\n
Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m. at the latest. Check out is possible until 11:00 at the latest. These times can be adjusted by mutual agreement.<\/p>\n
The other party may park the car in the parking spaces available on the premises. Parking is at the other party’s own risk.<\/p>\n
All risks related to staying in or around the apartments as well as in or around the pool are the responsibility of the other party.<\/p>\n
Damage respectively loss of (un)movable property owned by the user shall be reported and must be compensated to the user.<\/p>\n
The other party must follow the user’s instructions.<\/p>\n
After 11 p.m., you should not cause noise both inside and outside your apartment.<\/p>\n
The user may deny and\/or refuse the other party access to the apartment complex with immediate effect in case of inappropriate behavior, without further notice and indication of reasons and without refund of accommodation expenses.<\/p>\n
Rates include water, electricity,,, VAT, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.<\/p>\n
When booking apartment El Gecko Grande for less than 3 days, 50,- euro final cleaning is due.<\/p>\n
Rates do not include the cost of cancellation and\/or travel insurance and\/or other expenses.<\/p>\n
Apartment rates are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes.<\/p>\n
All entries on the website www.fincalavidaloca.com are considered to be provided in good faith and are always subject to interim changes. Finca La Vida Loca is not bound by obvious errors on its website.<\/p>\n
Offers never apply in conjunction with other offers.<\/p>\n
On our site you can indicate a preference for the desired accommodation(s).<\/p>\n
Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will contact you within 24 hours.<\/p>\n
Your reservation is final only when a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is paid into our account within 10 days of receiving our notice.<\/p>\n
Upon receipt of the deposit, we will finalize the reservation with a confirmation and thus your reservation is final.<\/p>\n
After a reservation is confirmed through an affiliated third party, a rental agreement is also established.<\/p>\n
There is no additional reservation fee.<\/p>\n
The remaining amount must be transferred to our account no later than 14 days before arrival.<\/p>\n
Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card.<\/p>\n
Cancellation must always be made in writing via email info@fincalavidaloca.com to Finca La Vida Loca.<\/p>\n
If you cancel more than 1 month before the effective date of your reservation, we will refund the full deposit to your account. If you cancel or change afterward or if you do not show up (no-show), at least 50% of the total stay will be charged.<\/p>\n
Should Finca La Vida Loca for any reason not be able to rent out the reserved room, another apartment or similar accommodation will be offered by mutual agreement.<\/p>\n
The other party is always entitled to submit its complaints to Finca La Vida Loca. Finca La Vida Loca shall always handle the complaint adequately and expeditiously, so that the complaint is dealt with according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.<\/p>\n
In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, Finca La Vida Loca shall be entitled to cancel or temporarily suspend all or part of the agreement without the guest being able to claim fulfillment and\/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, insurrection, acts of war, strikes, boycotts, disturbances in the energy circuit, in traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or close relatives, etc. under which Finca La Vida Loca cannot reasonably and fairly be expected to fulfill all or part of the agreement.<\/p>\n
Finca La Vida Loca cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by the other party or third parties as a result of the stay in the accommodation.<\/p>\n
Finca La Vida Loca is not liable for disturbances in and around the accommodation such as failures and breakdowns of power and water supplies and technical installations, construction and\/or road works in the vicinity of the apartment complex that have not been announced or have been announced in time.<\/p>\n
Finca La Vida Loca can only be held liable for damages due to the gross fault or negligence of the aforementioned.<\/p>\n
Finca La Vida Loca is an Adults Only accommodation.<\/p>\n

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and agreements with Finca La Vida Loca. Finca La Vida Loca is understood to mean: the owner of the accommodation or their authorized representative or temporary agent.<\/p>\n
Guest is understood to mean: the person making the reservation and any person staying at Finca La Vida Loca based on this reservation.<\/p>\n

The apartments and facilities of Finca La Vida Loca are described as accurately as possible on our website.<\/p>\n
The photos, descriptions, and other information on the website have been compiled with the utmost care. However, minor differences between the presented situation and the actual situation during the stay may occur. No rights can be derived from such non-material differences.<\/p>\n
Finca La Vida Loca is an Adults Only accommodation.<\/p>\n
A reservation request can be submitted via our website. Upon receiving your request, we will check availability and usually contact you within 24 hours.<\/p>\n
A direct reservation is definitive once:<\/p>\n
Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive a final reservation confirmation.<\/p>\n
A reservation made via an external booking platform is established as soon as it has been definitively confirmed according to the terms of that platform. For such reservations, the payment and cancellation terms of the respective booking platform may apply.<\/p>\n
For direct reservations, the deposit is 50% of the total accommodation costs. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount for the stay must be paid upon booking.<\/p>\n
Payment is possible via bank transfer or credit card.<\/p>\n
Finca La Vida Loca does not charge separate booking fees for direct reservations.<\/p>\n
The price confirmed upon reservation includes the services and amenities explicitly stated in the booking confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, our rates include bed linen, towels, and final cleaning. Any taxes will be charged in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable at the time of the stay. Costs for travel or cancellation insurance and other personal expenses are not included.<\/p>\n
Price indications on our website are subject to change as long as no definitive reservation has been made. Finca La Vida Loca is not bound by obvious errors, mistakes, or clear pricing errors. Offers and discounts cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n
A cancellation of a direct reservation must be communicated in writing by email via

For direct reservations, the following cancellation conditions apply:<\/p>\n
We advise our guests to take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n
For reservations made via an external booking platform, the cancellation conditions agreed upon with the respective booking apply.<\/p>\n
If Finca La Vida Loca cannot make the reserved accommodation available due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform the guest as soon as possible. Where reasonably possible, we will consult with the guest to find a suitable and equivalent alternative. If no suitable alternative is available or the guest does not agree, the amounts already paid for the unprovided accommodation will be refunded.<\/p>\n
By force majeure, we understand circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Finca La Vida Loca that render the execution of the agreement wholly or partially impossible or cannot reasonably be requested. This may include: natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, fire, war, severe civil unrest, government measures, epidemics or pandemics, prolonged failure of essential utilities, and other comparable exceptional circumstances. In the event of force majeure, we will, as far as reasonably possible, work together with the guest to find a suitable solution.<\/p>\n
Any liability and refund obligations will be assessed in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Finca La Vida Loca is not liable for any consequential damages (such as flight tickets or rental cars already booked by the guest).<\/p>\n
The guest is responsible for the careful use of the accommodation, inventory, and common facilities. The person in whose name the reservation is made is responsible for compliance with the house rules by all persons included in their reservation.<\/p>\n
Damage or missing items must be reported to Finca La Vida Loca as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
Damage demonstrably caused by the guest or their fellow guests that is not the result of normal wear and tear may be charged.<\/p>\n
Finca La Vida Loca reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect and deny the guest access to the premises in the event of severe disturbance, illegal practices, or repeated violations of the house rules, without entitlement to any refund or compensation.<\/p>\n
Finca La Vida Loca does everything possible to provide its guests with a safe and pleasant stay. To the extent permitted by law, Finca La Vida Loca is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property of guests.<\/p>\n
Nor can we be held liable for disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as temporary outages of electricity, water, internet, or other utilities, and construction or roadworks in the area not caused by us.<\/p>\n
Nothing in these terms and conditions purports to exclude or limit liability where this is not permitted under mandatory applicable law.<\/p>\n
We consider it important that you are satisfied with your stay. Should anything not be to your satisfaction during your stay, we kindly ask you to report this to us as soon as possible. This gives us the opportunity to find a suitable solution during your stay.<\/p>\n
Complaints that could not be resolved during the stay can be submitted in writing to Finca La Vida Loca after departure.<\/p>\n
We handle every complaint carefully and within a reasonable timeframe.<\/p>\n
Finca La Vida Loca treats personal data confidentially and processes it in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n
Personal data is processed, among other things, for handling reservations, guest administration, payments, and fulfilling legal obligations. Personal data will not be provided to third parties without a legal basis.<\/p>\n

The agreement is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection to which the guest is entitled under applicable law.<\/p>\n
The parties will initially attempt to resolve any disputes through mutual consultation. If this proves impossible, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court according to applicable law.<\/p>\n
If any provision of these terms and conditions proves to be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.<\/p>\n
