A warm welcome to Finca La Vida Loca.

We want everyone to be able to fully enjoy the peace, privacy, and relaxed atmosphere of our finca. We therefore kindly ask our guests to respect the house rules below.

1. Adults Only

Finca La Vida Loca is an Adults Only accommodation.

2. Arrival and departure

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM at the latest.

Check-out must take place by 11:00 AM at the latest.

Would you like to arrive earlier or depart later? Please contact us in advance. If the schedule allows, we will be happy to see what is possible.

3. Access to your apartment

Each apartment has its own entrance and is accessible 24 hours a day during your stay. The apartment is exclusively intended for the guests registered in the reservation.

4. Visitors

Visitors are only permitted with the approval of Finca La Vida Loca. Overnight stays by other persons in the apartment are not allowed without our prior consent. Any additional costs will be discussed with you in advance.

5. Care for the apartment

We ask you to handle the apartment, furniture, and other facilities with care.

Should anything become damaged or no longer function properly during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. Accidents can happen, and we are happy to work together to find a suitable solution.

Upon departure, we ask that you leave the apartment in a tidy state. If extraordinary cleaning or repairs are required due to careless use, the corresponding costs may be charged.

6. Waste

We care about our environment and therefore ask you to sort your waste. Household waste must be deposited in the designated waste containers.

7. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed outdoors, provided other guests are not bothered by it. We ask you to always extinguish cigarettes completely and dispose of them exclusively in a suitable ashtray.

In the event of a violation of the smoking ban inside the apartment, a cleaning fee will be charged.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

9. Swimming pool

The swimming pool is intended for the guests of Finca La Vida Loca.

Use of the swimming pool is at your own responsibility, within the boundaries of applicable legal regulations. Finca La Vida Loca is not liable for theft, loss of property, or injuries sustained on the premises. Diving into the pool is not allowed.

Glassware and fragile objects are not permitted near the pool.

We ask you to be mindful of other guests and to respect the tranquil atmosphere around the pool.

10. Food and drink

Food and drinks brought by yourself may be consumed in your own apartment and on your private terrace. Consuming your own food and drinks in common areas and near the pool is not permitted.

11. Barbecue

Barbecuing on the private terrace or elsewhere on the premises is not allowed, unless Finca La Vida Loca has given explicit permission for this.

12. Parking

As a guest, you can use the designated parking spaces on the premises. We kindly ask you to park only in the indicated areas and ensure that other vehicles are not obstructed.

Parking is at your own risk. Finca La Vida Loca is not liable for damage.

13. Peace and quiet hours

Peace and quiet are an essential part of a stay at Finca La Vida Loca. We therefore ask you to be mindful of other guests throughout the day. Quiet hours are in effect between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During these hours, we ask you to keep noise inside and outside the apartment to a minimum.

Parties, events, and other activities that may cause noise disturbance are not allowed without prior approval.

14. Damage and missing items

We ask you to report any damage, defects, or missing items to us as soon as possible. Damage that can be demonstrably attributed to a guest or their fellow guests may be charged.

Normal wear and tear naturally fall outside this scope.

15. Safety

We ask you to always follow the instructions of Finca La Vida Loca regarding safety, the accommodation, and common facilities. When leaving the apartment, do not leave candles or other open flames burning, and switch off appliances when reasonably necessary.

16. Respect for other guests

Finca La Vida Loca stands for peace, privacy, and hospitality. We therefore ask every guest to treat other guests, our staff, the accommodation, and the surrounding environment with respect.

In the event of serious or repeated violations of the house rules, dangerous behavior, or severe disturbance, Finca La Vida Loca reserves the right to take appropriate measures and, if necessary, terminate the stay.

Any potential refund in such cases will be assessed in accordance with the applicable agreement and legal provisions.

Finally, we hope that these house rules contribute to a relaxing stay for everyone.
